Westley entered the Special Care Unit when he was 3 years old. He has epilepsy so he wears a soft, cloth helmet to protect him during the multiple daily seizures. Westley loves to do Hi 5's! Anyone who will give him a Hi 5 will just make his day. He does his best to do it and then kicks his feet in excitement. Rest time for Westley is more a playtime, as he loves to play with his toys on his bed instead of sleeping. He loves to walk with Carolyn, his teacher, holding him. He is very strong, but needs a lot of support. One day he was trying to walk so fast it looked like he was marching and just couldn't be slowed down at all!
